LICENSE AGREEMENT

The DSRM Password Sync software product (the Software) and its source code may be used
freely for any purpose, provided that it does not entail monetary profit. Neither the
Software nor its source code may be sold, leased, rented, incorporated into another product
or made for the base of another product, without the explicit and written permission from
the author. The Software may be freely modified, redistributed and used for any purpose – other
than the ones described above –, provided that it is distributed together with the full source
code and this license agreement, and the date and the fact of modification, the name of the
person performing the modification, the name of the original author of the software (this is
Marton Szalay, MartonSz) and the original download location (http://martonsz.com) are clearly
noted in the source code.

You may not download or use the Software unless you agree to and accept to be bound by terms
of this license agreement. You also agree to distribute the Software and/or its source code
only if the other party or parties have also accepted these license terms. Furthermore, by
obtaining the Software and/or the source code, it will not become your property. Your only
rights regarding this product will be the ones that are explicitly expressed in this license
agreement or any other written agreement concluded with the author.

Even though the author has taken great precaution at the time of development and the Software
has undergone several rigorous tests, it cannot be guaranteed that the Software will operate as
expected. The author does not take either expressed or implied responsibility for damages caused
by the Software or by using the Software, including but not limited to financial, property and
ethical damages.

Should the various lingual versions of this license agreement differ, the English version has
to be considered authentic.




LICENCSZERZŐDÉS

A szoftver és forráskódja szabadon felhasználható, feltéve, hogy az nem jár anyagi
haszonszerzéssel. A szoftver, illetve annak forráskódja nem árusítható, nem adható bérbe, nem
kölcsönözhető, nem építhető be más termékbe, illetve a teljes szoftver vagy annak bármely része
nem képezheti más termék alapját a szerző kifejezett és írásos engedélye nélkül. A szoftver
szabadon módosítható, továbbterjeszthető és – a fent említett esetek kivételével – tetszőleges
célra felhasználható, feltéve, hogy a teljes forráskód, és azzal együtt jelen licencszerződés is
terjesztésre kerül, és a forráskódban jól azonosíthatóan megjelölésre kerül a módosítás ténye,
dátuma, a módosító személye és a módosított kódrészlet, valamint a szoftver eredeti szerzője
(Szalay Márton, MartonSz), illetve az eredeti letöltőhely (http://martonsz.com).

A szoftver letöltésével a letöltő elfogadja és magára kötelező érvényűnek tekinti jelen
szerződést, valamint vállalja, hogy a szoftvert kizárólag olyan személyeknek terjesztheti, akik
maguk is elfogadták jelen licencszerződés feltételeit. Továbbá elfogadja, hogy a szoftver,
illetve forráskódjának megszerzésével nem válik a szoftver tulajdonosává, csak a szerződésben
meghatározott jogok illetik meg. A szoftver tulajdonosa továbbra is annak szerzője.

Bár a szerző a fejlesztés során a legnagyobb körültekintéssel járt el és a szoftver alapos
tesztelésen esett át, sem kifejezett, sem hallgatólagos garancia nincs annak működésére. A
szerző semmilyen, a szoftver használatából eredő, vagy a szoftver által okozott kárért nem
vállal felelősséget, beleértve az anyagi és erkölcsi károkat is.

Amennyiben a szerződés egyes nyelvi változatai különböznek, az angol nyelvű változat szövege
mérvadó.
